Founder & Project Manager
Gloire Mudekuza is a social entrepreneur, permaculture facilitator, and community activist with a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from ISDR/Bukavu. He's a certified entrepreneurship Trainer and mentor from ILO and Idea for Africa. He has worked with international and local nonprofit organizations and aims to leverage his efforts to refugee community development for a more sustainable future.
Trainer & M&E
Daniella Mugisho is a Congolese national with a diploma in hotel management from Uganda Hotel and Tourism Training Institute. She is also a permaculture, gender, and entrepreneurship trainer and holds a certificate in early childhood development from Bishop Stuart College/Mbarara. Daniella is dedicated to serving her refugee community and creating positivity in the lives of her fellow refugees.
Procurement & FLT Trainer
Nzanzu Moise Kasereka has a diploma in Pedagogy from VUHUMBI INSTITUTE in Butembo town DR Congo and financial literacy trainer. Nzanzu worked with hunger fighters in Uganda as a community engagement and with the Finish Refugee Council as a financial literacy trainer to help refugees and host communities to be financially literate.
Women empowerment lead
Veronica Isamba holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Rwanda with honors. Her primary interest is in promoting community health and safety through improving nutrition, agriculture and overall community development.
Field officer
Samuel Koryandambo is a human rights defender, a holder of a bachelor's degree in law from ULPGL University in Goma DRC. Sam was able to work as a community interpreter for World Vision and save the children of Goma. He worked with Tutapone in the mental health and psycho-social support field, helping his fellow refugees who were struggling with emotional distress.
Finance manager
Happy Kangolo is a Congolese national with a diploma in catering from Jesuit Refugee Service (J.R.S) in Kampala, Uganda, and a certificate in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. A former cashier with Rwamwanja County Resort, Happy currently works as a finance manager. She has a strong passion for business management. Through her, communities are empowered in business development and management to sustainably thrive.
